Were hiring a General Labor / Sandblasting team member for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in Catoosa Oklahoma . This position offers hands-on experience in a production environment preparing surfaces for painting and working with sandblasting equipment.

As a General Labor / Sandblasting associate youll play an essential role in ensuring that all surfaces are properly cleaned and prepared before coating or finishing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn new skills and grow in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal wood or other surfaces for painting
• Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure proper preparation
• Mix and load abrasive materials based on project specifications
• Maintain and clean all sandblasting tools and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements ensuring a clean and ventilated work area
• Collaborate with painters and team members to meet production deadlines
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
