Position Overview :

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, event planning, and digital marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of relevant experience who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced team while furthering their career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Event Coordination :

Assist in the planning and logistics of various marketing events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. This includes managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing on-site activities.

Monitor and track inbound requests related to events, sponsorships, and Chamber of Commerce members, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Support the distribution of tickets for sporting events and other company-sponsored activities, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery to participants.

Aid in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and website as needed. Help with content proofreading, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Maintain and organize marketing assets, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and easily accessible for the team. This includes managing digital files, brochures, and promotional items / swag.  It also entails conducting an annual review of key marketing materials to ensure they are current in terms of content and brand standards.
