General Summary : This role provides crisis stabilization services around the clock for adults and youth experiencing mental health crises. The goal is to reduce inpatient hospital admissions, minimize law enforcement involvement, and encourage engagement with outpatient treatment programs. The position involves delivering intensive, goal-oriented support to individuals requiring crisis stabilization, working closely with clinical and community partners to promote community tenure.
Essential Functions
- Deliver crisis stabilization support to individuals in mental health crisis during overnight shifts.
- Engage with clients positively and supportively, monitoring and documenting their treatment, activities, and behaviors.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and utilize de-escalation techniques in challenging situations.
- Support medication compliance, crisis management, and one-on-one safety monitoring as needed.
- Facilitate successful reintegration of clients into their homes, communities, schools, and outpatient services.
- Complete all required documentation, training, and competency reviews promptly and accurately.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.Computer proficiency.Must be at least 21 years old.Preferred Education and Experience
Two or more years of professional experience in mental health services, crisis response, or related fields.Experience educating clients on self-care and improving daily living skills.Licensure or Registration Required
