Job Description

Lead daily site operations for Class A multifamily projects with high-end amenities. Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across all phases of construction. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams for efficient execution. Use Procore to manage RFIs, submittals, daily logs, and project documentation. Report to the VP of Operations or Director of Construction and collaborate with PMs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience in multifamily construction management.
