    The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the operations, strategic initiatives, and communications for the CTO's team. This role is pivotal in collaborating with product managers and engineering leaders to launch technology projects, and the successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the execution of the team's vision and helping to tell its story both internally and externally. The Chief of Staff will be involved in a wide range of activities, from leading strategic initiatives that rely on the CTO's team to team and project management, and will be expected to have an exceptional understanding of engineering or product management, a deep desire to learn, and the ability to communicate with grace and empathy. Candidates for this role at the company should have a background that includes experience as a product manager in a technology company, or a combination of technical experience with management consulting or investment banking. The ideal candidate will have a track record of working with or reporting to senior management, experience in working with customers to deploy and capture feedback on new technologies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional people skills, and a high degree of attention to detail are essential. The role requires a candidate with a kind and generous attitude towards customers and co-workers, a desire to receive feedback and grow, and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
