The Role

This is a key position for someone who excels in legal drafting and case coordination. You'll support attorneys on a variety of matters, manage important deadlines, and be deeply involved in preparing legal documents with a high level of precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, motions, and correspondence
• Organize and manage case files and maintain confidentiality
• Schedule and coordinate hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings
• Support attorneys with trial prep and attend hearings as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
• Conduct legal research and assist with general case management
