Hot 8 Yoga is GROWING, and we are expanding our management team! We are the Hottest, Cleanest, Most Connected hot yoga studio. We seek enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join us.

Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and be prepared to teach classes on the schedule, including Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, and Yin.

Responsibilities Include :

Interviewing, hiring, and training teachers and front desk staff

Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week

Being present during peak hours (evenings and weekends)

Tracking studio budget

Addressing maintenance needs

Processing payroll

Overseeing inventory

Work 4-5 Front Desk shifts

Performing daily cleaning tasks

Leading Teacher Trainings

Managing teachers and front desk staff
