We're looking for a passionate EHS Specialist who's ready to lead in creating a safe, compliant, and positive work environment for everyone on site. If you're detail-driven, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Lead and participate in health & safety audits, track corrective actions, and monitor trends.
• Maintain and improve EHS databases, compliance tracking systems, and documentation.
• Train site leaders on protocols for regulatory visits (OSHA, EPA, Fire Dept., etc.).
• Build strong relationships across departments to foster a positive safety culture.
• Develop and implement corrective / preventative actions to improve safety and environmental conditions.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analysis, and communicate findings.
• Support job hazards and environmental assessments and process improvements.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and drive updates to policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Technical Trainers to develop EHS training materials and SOPs.
• Deliver engaging safety training sessions for new hires, annual refreshers, and shift meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive employee and regulatory information.
• Support off-shifts regularly and jump in wherever needed to keep safety first.
