Job Summary : The Liaison will play a pivotal role in bridging communication and operational gaps between financial professionals and internal associates. This role involves training, mentoring, and providing expert support on complex processes, as well as managing escalations and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry practices and company procedures, enabling them to effectively partner with various teams and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Essential Duties

Train and mentor new and existing associates and financial professionals on complex processes, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed for success.

Manage internal and external escalations in a professional and timely manner, acting as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting new and challenging situations.

Build and maintain positive relationships with financial professionals and internal associates by understanding their business needs and company procedures. Follow up as necessary to provide solutions and support.

Mitigate risk through trend analysis, identifying potential issues before they escalate, and implementing proactive measures.

Partner with Service Experience teams to provide education and information to financial professionals, ensuring they are well-informed and supported.

Adopt and demonstrate a thorough understanding of industry trends and firm knowledge, applying this expertise to enhance the overall service experience.

Education & Experience

The ideal candidate would possess an intermediate level of experience, typically around 5 or more years, within the financial services industry.

Certificates & Licenses

This job requires a FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7. Must obtain the Series 24 licenses within the first 12 months of employment.

Compensation : $55,000-$65,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
