Senior Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to own and lead the successful, large-scale implementation of the Andgo platform for our Strategic Enterprise Healthcare customers. This is a high impact, hands on role that requires a blend of expert project management, deep technical fluency, and a passion for solving complex, real-world customer problems.
You will be the primary orchestrator, responsible for driving project ownership, controlling scope, mitigating technical risk, and ensuring high quality deployment. This is achieved by delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned precisely with the customer's critical operational outcomes and IT architecture.
Strategic Project Leadership & Governance
- Lead complex, high visibility implementation projects from discovery and kickoff through to successful Go-Live and transition to Customer Success.
- Develop, maintain, and rigorously manage detailed project plans, scope, budget, resource allocation, and timelines for Strategic Enterprise deployments.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for project health, proactively identifying, documenting, and mitigating risks (technical, scope, and stakeholder) to safeguard project success.
- Drive high stakes stakeholder alignment across customer leadership, IT, operational teams, and internal cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Sales) through clear governance and communication.
Technical Delivery & Configuration Mastery
Oversee the technical configuration of customer environments, translating complex healthcare business requirements and WFM best practices into the optimal Andgo solution design.Act as the primary interface during implementation, managing integration efforts and troubleshooting complex data, and system issues to ensure seamless functionality within the customer's existing UKG ecosystem.Ensure all data integrity and governance requirements are met, working closely with customer teams to manage migration and validation.Customer Enablement & Value Realization
Ensure proper delivery of comprehensive training and enablement programs tailored for diverse audience segments (system administrators, IT support, end users).Strategically guide the customer through organizational change management, ensuring high user adoption and successful realization of the intended operational efficiencies.Capture, analyze, and translate critical product feedback and implementation challenges into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams, actively contributing to the improvement of Andgo's implementation process.What You Bring To The Team
7+ years of progressive experience in Project Management, ideally focused on B2B SaaS implementations for Strategic Enterprise Customers.Direct experience leading implementation projects within the Healthcare industry (e.g., Hospital Systems, Large Clinics), with familiarity in clinical operations, staffing, and compliance constraints.Strong technical understanding of WFM software (e.g. UKG Pro) and experience managing complex data and system integration projects.Expert ability to manage time and resources effectively, utilizing project management methodologies to lead highly dynamic projects.Strong knowledge of data governance, data management, and the technical aspects of system integrations.Professional Competencies
