Job Description

Join our customer as a Production Associate to create lifesaving firefighter gear in a modern, climate-controlled facility. Operate industrial sewing machines while standing, ensuring precision and quality in every stitch. Collaborate with a dynamic team to meet production goals and uphold safety standards. No prior sewing experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.

Responsibilities :

Operate industrial sewing machines to produce firefighter protective gear

Ensure accuracy and quality in stitching components

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Follow safety standards and company procedures

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications and Requirements :

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Ability to stand for the entire shift on comfortable floor mats

Basic math and measurement skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude, team collaboration, and self-accountability

Pay Rate : $15-18 per hour, plus $1 shift differential for 2nd / 3rd shifts and weekly incentives
