Solar Installer

As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and attention to detail. If you have experience in electrical work, construction, or related fields, and are passionate about renewable energy, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for motivated individuals with the following qualifications : Previous experience in solar installation or related field is preferred but not required. Commercial - Solar farm Knowledge of commercial electrician practices and techniques Ability to adhere to industry safety standards. Must have a valid U.S. drivers license. Must be able to squat, stretch, bend and lift 70 lbs, be physically fit. Ability to use critical thinking to install and troubleshoot. Ability to document work through photo log and closeout documentation. Must keep jobsite, truck, equipment and supplies inventoried, clean and organized. Ability to safely operate power and hand tools that are required. Ability to interface professionally and respectfully with coworkers and customers. Will be required to pass employment verification, criminal background check and drug screening. Great pay and insurance available.
