A well-established national restaurant chain known for their breakfast offerings is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at their Bonita Springs location. Key Responsibilities :

• Drive operational excellence through implementation of comprehensive team member training programs focused on enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including guest satisfaction, food quality, and service standards
• Manage financial performance through effective budget control and execution of local marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Lead recruitment, training, and retention efforts to build and maintain a high-performing team
• Monitor and maintain food quality standards, including proper preparation, plating, and presentation
• Execute national and local marketing campaigns effectively
• Manage administrative responsibilities and reporting requirements
