Role : Registered Nurse – Direct Patient Care\nResponsibilities : \n\nAssessment & Planning (40%) : Assess patient needs; provide nursing interventions per physician orders and evidence-based practice.\n\nDirect Care (30%) : Administer medications, treatments, patient education, assist with transfers, respond to alarms, and other nursing duties.\n\nEvaluation (20%) : Monitor effectiveness of treatment plans; collaborate to update / revise care as needed.\n\nCompliance & Knowledge (10%) : Follow all local, state, federal regulations and hospital policies.\nTeam Role : Functions as team leader / member; delegates and guides support staff; collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
