We are seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of personal injury defense litigation experience for its auto / trucking liability and premise liability defense team. The right candidate will be a high-energy / capacity litigator possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills and having experience handling written discovery, depositions, and motions. Depending upon the candidate's qualifications and experience, the firm expects to pay a salary between $110,000 and $140,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
