Associate Sales Representative
The Virginia Lottery, an independent state agency, is currently seeking an Associate Sales Representative for the Petersburg, Dinwiddie, and Colonial Heights areas. The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) Program is a one-year career development program designed specifically for college graduates who aspire to become sales leaders for the Virginia Lottery. During the first months of the program, ASR's will expand their sales and business acumen, increase their technical knowledge and develop executive presentation skills, as well as learn about Lottery products. ASRs will have full business ownership of a defined territory. The ASR will learn using a unique variety of on-the job training techniques which includes a blend of instructor-led and self-paced training. After successfully completing the program, ASRs will have an opportunity to apply and be promoted into a Sales Representative role where they can continue to grow in a rewarding career. State vehicle will be provided.
