Sr Svc Agent / Non-DOT

Job Duties

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma / G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and / or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications : Must be 18 or older and have a High School diploma or GED Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance

Pay Transparency :

Pay : Hourly Range : $19.34-$27.72

Additional Details : Tue-Fri 3pm-7pm, Sat 9am-1pm
