We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead the development and execution of commercial and industrial-scale renewable energy projects in Southern California. This role requires a proactive individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects and fostering strong client relationships in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality project execution.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Associate Project Managers and Project Manager I and II to grow their capabilities and encourage their professional development.
• Assist with and occasionally lead in the development, training, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and Project Execution Systems and Tools to drive constant improvement within the PMO organization.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining trust and satisfaction.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of deliverables with permitting agencies, interconnection utilities, site hosts, design professionals, and internal project controls to advance projects to the construction phase.
• Manage resource allocation, scheduling, contracting, budgeting, and quality control throughout all construction phases.
• Ensure smooth project closeouts, including thorough testing, commissioning, quality assurance, and final energization for delivery to the project owner.
• Maintain and monitor project schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and other deliverables to achieve milestones and maintain key performance metrics.
• Provide regular reporting, including weekly updates, look-ahead schedules, critical path analyses, and milestone projections.
• Collaborate with procurement, financing, accounting, and other internal teams to ensure seamless material and resource flow.
• Manage RFP process and subcontracting process with subcontractors to develop accurate estimates, contracts, scopes of work, and project deliverables.
