Job descriptionCreate a variety of technical documents including user guides, service manuals, and troubleshooting guides Translate complex technical information into easily understandable content for non-technical audiences Conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather information for documentation Organize ideas and concepts to produce concise and effective documentation Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail High School Diploma Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely Strong command of the English language, both oral and written Proficiency in using authoring tools and creating workflows using Lucidchart Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience in English, communications, journalism, technical writing, or a related field Proficient knowledge in PHP and .NET Experience as a subject matter expert with Enterprise Applications and Technical Architecture Ability to write for a highly technical audience using industry-specific concepts and terms Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
