Job descriptionPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified traffic to Shopify. Analyze advertising metrics to improve ROI and report key performance indicators to management. Support Amazon Brand advertising strategy and performance tracking. Generate and analyze weekly sales reports across all e-commerce platforms. Identify sales trends and improvement opportunities for listings, pricing, and promotions. 1–2 years of e-commerce experience (Shopify, Amazon Seller / Vendor, or similar). Strong understanding of online marketing, listings, and order operations. Experience with Google Ads optimization and basic reporting preferred. Proficiency with Helium10 is a strong plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels — primarily Shopify, Amazon Seller / Vendor Central, and Google Ads campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands marketplace dynamics, and has experience optimizing listings and advertising performance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Platform Management
- Manage and optimize Neoflam’s Shopify store for sales growth and conversion improvements.
- Oversee Amazon Seller and Vendor Central operations, including listings, promotions, and weekly order management.
- Monitor product performance using tools like Helium10 and generate actionable insights.
