Job Summary
The position is responsible for managing and expanding West's business with designated Industry Partnersincluding Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) and other key pharmaceutical industry collaborators. The role focuses on driving growth through the effective promotion and sale of West's value-added products and services tailored to support injectable drug applications. This individual will develop a deep understanding of the injectable drug product CDMO customer landscape, identifying specific customer opportunities and implementing targeted sales strategies to optimize business opportunities. The role also carries direct accountability for the Industry Partner pipeline in North America, ensuring consistent coordination, tracking, and communication of progress updates related to West's engagement and portfolio performance within this segment.

Physical Requirements
