The RN Supervisor provides leadership, clinical oversight, direction, monitoring and training for all nursing and nursing related operations for the facility during the scheduled shift.

Requirements :

• Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine
• Knowledge of skilled and long-term care nursing regulations
• Collaborative work style
• Excellent observational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Commitment to achieving excellence
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.
• Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.
• Basic computer skills
