Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jasper, TX for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting with daily living activities. The LPN will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, collaborating with healthcare team members, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
• Experience in administering medications and providing patient care
• Ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate patient records
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a nursing or rehabilitation facility is an advantage
