Hub Relations (Pharmacy) Coordinator

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Hub Relations Coordinator to join a pharmacy support team. In this role, you will help patients access their medications by handling benefit coordination, insurance verification, enrollment, and financial assistance assessments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for patient care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient outreach for enrollment, insurance verification, benefits coordination, and delivery arrangements
- Assess patient eligibility for financial assistance programs
- Provide patient care support and triage to a pharmacist when required
- Place outbound calls to patients, providers, and insurers to resolve new and ongoing issues
- Document call information and findings accurately in system records
- Escalate cases through appropriate channels to resolve open issues and meet patient needs
- Research information using available resources to support case resolution
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all corporate, state, and federal requirements
- Consistently perform tasks in a safe and compliant manner
Qualifications
