Maintenance Technician (Handyman)

Were seeking a field-based Maintenance Technician (Handyman) to support our offices across multiple locations. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring our facilities are safe clean and operating efficiently. Youll handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks from fixing minor plumbing issues to touching up paint keeping every Diamond Braces location in excellent condition.

Essential Functions :

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across multiple Diamond Braces offices (basic electrical plumbing carpentry painting etc.)
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Assemble install or relocate furniture fixtures and small equipment
• Coordinate and oversee outside vendors or contractors for specialized repairs
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities materials used and completed work
• Ensure all work complies with safety building and health regulations
• Travel daily to various Diamond Braces locations as assigned.
