Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads, web inquiries, and customer requests
Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and enrich CRM records
Route qualified leads and customer inquiries to appropriate sales or support teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of inside sales, business development, or marketing experience preferred
1-2 years of experience using Salesforce CRM
