California Licensed Senior Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to manage high-stakes litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials

Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients

Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively within a team

Required Qualifications

JD from an ABA approved school

Active bar license in the State of California

8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in litigation support, deposition, and trial preparation

Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred

Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with minimal supervision
