What You'll Own

As the site's go-to authority on quality systems and regulatory compliance, you'll :

• Champion a culture of quality and food safety across all departments
• Serve as the Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and manage the Food Safety Plan
• Oversee the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS) including SOPs, training, and document control
• Lead GMP, HACCP, and Food Defense training programs
• Manage sanitation validation, internal inspections, and environmental monitoring
• Ensure traceability and recall readiness across the supply chain
• Approve production batch records and manage nonconformities, deviations, and CAPAs
• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints with precision and urgency
• Oversee QA activities in the warehouse : receiving, sampling, repacking, and storage
• Ensure FSVP compliance and supplier quality management

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00 / yr.
