OXARC has been providing welding and industrial supplies, as well as medical and specialty gases since 1968. OXARC is headquartered in Spokane, Washington with 22 stores in WA, ID and OR.
Responsibilities
- Market, sell, and service OXARC products. Direct activities to achieve goals established for the assigned territory. Organize activities to gain highest possible sales volume, profitability and market share within assigned territory.
- Call on prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer / supplier relationship. Solve customer problems / issues. Manage customer deliveries as required.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations in a professional and effective manner by developing technical presentations for potential customers.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of latest products and their applications, company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
- Establish sales goals with Branch Manager and Sales Manager. Manage existing accounts and increase market share according to established goals.
- Assist inside sales force and support staff as related to sales responsibilities.
- Complete required paperwork in a detailed and timely manner.
Qualifications
2-5 years sales experience and 2-5 years industry experience preferred.Proven track record of accomplishments in closing deals and maintaining relationships.Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Strong negotiation skills; confidently and aggressively seek new business.Flexible team-oriented individual.Self-motivated and able to work independently.Decision making and problem solving capabilities.Must be flexible with work hours depending on customer requirements and able to travel.Valid Driver's License with good driving record.Must pass drug screen and background check.Salary Range : $55,000 - $85,000 annually (base salary). DOE depending on experience.Compensation and Benefits

Medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance is effective on the 90th day of employment.
