Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Deliver compassionate 1 : 1 care in patients’ homes
• Partner with families to ensure patients feel safe and supported
• Follow care plans and use sound judgment within the LPN scope of practice
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Perform all skills and procedures allowed under state regulations and BrightStar standards
