What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests quickly and professionally
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Perform carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs
• Deliver move-in ready units through detailed turnovers and inspections
• Handle preventive maintenance on building systems
• Maintain common areas and amenities to luxury standards
• Respond to resident needs with urgency, courtesy, and professionalism
