Job descriptionPerform CT exams for inpatient, outpatient, ED, ICU, and Level I trauma patients. Scan abdomen / pelvis, chest, head / neck, spine, MSK trauma, and vascular / CTA studies (including coronary CTA). Complete image post-processing : 3D rendering (MIP, SSD, volume rendering), MPR, ROI measurements. Start IVs, administer contrast, follow radiation-safety and isolation protocols. Use Cerner for charting and follow facility workflow standards. Provide safe patient care across all age groups (peds through geriatrics). ARRT (R) , ARRT (CT) , BLS , and active Illinois state license required. Minimum 2 years CT experience ; Level I trauma experience required / preferred per unit. Required competencies : abdominal / pelvis CT, chest CT (including PE / aorta CTA), head / neck CT (trauma, carotid, soft tissue), MSK trauma, spine, coronary CTA, IV starts, venipuncture, contrast administration, and radiation safety. Must be proficient with CT post-processing (3D, MPR, ROI).
