What You'll Do

As an essential member of our fast-paced healthcare team, you will :

• Respond quickly and effectively to urgent situations, performing patient assessments and delivering care within your EMT scope of practice.
• Support clinicians with routine and emergency procedures, including oxygen administration, EKGs, splinting, wound care, and more.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and condition changes accurately and in real time.
• Assist in the safe transport of patients within the clinic or to other care areas as needed.
• Help maintain medical equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness for all situations.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, providers, and other staff to create a smooth and supportive patient experience.
• Uphold all protocols, safety standards, and state and federal regulations governing EMT practice.
