A company is looking for a Head of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Own and enforce coding standards and architectural decisions across projects
Manage tech leads and ensure accountability for their technical output and growth
Own at least one client project end-to-end as an active technical lead
Required Qualifications
6 to 9 years of software development experience, with 2 to 3 years in an engineering leadership role
Experience building large-scale, production-grade applications
Direct management experience of tech leads or senior developers
Solid understanding of modern full-stack web development
Experience in a fully remote engineering environment
