Purchasing Manager – Residential Construction

We’re partnered with a top Residential Home Builder seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead their procurement operations. This is a high-impact role focused on driving cost savings, building strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do :

Develop and execute purchasing strategies for residential construction projects.

Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, terms, and quality.

Manage vendor relationships and oversee budgets, forecasting, and inventory.

Lead and mentor a team to improve efficiency and profitability.

What You Bring :

10+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience in residential construction.

Proven leadership and negotiation skills.

Strong knowledge of construction materials and market trends.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
