JOB SUMMARY :   The deli Counter Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, producing quality made-to-order sandwiches and burritos, accurately following recipes, completing assigned production lists, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the deli. In addition they may be called upon to stock, maintain and clean deli sales floor display and service areas as well as receiving orders and maintaining all deli food storage areas. The Counter Staff may also participate in prepping, packing and labeling food for deli sale using accurate and sanitary techniques.  All deli Counter Staff are expected to work with the rest of the deli staff to assist in achieving departmental and store wide goals.
