Overview

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a compassionate long-term care team. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a 78-bed skilled nursing environment caring for approximately 51–54 residents, including a small number of short-term rehab patients.

Compensation & Benefits

Union Pay Range : $39.04 – $47.62 / hr (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 with a 3-year commitment

Relocation Bonus : Not available

Qualifications\n- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota (or compact equivalent)\n\n- Graduate of an accredited nursing program\n\n- Previous LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred\n\n- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills
