Location : Providence, Rhode Island, 02902

⏰ Shift : 36 hours / week | 3X12 | Rotating

Duration : 13 week(Possible extension)

Total Weekly Gross : $1682.00 / week

Taxable Rate hourly : $17 / hr

Non-Taxable Rate : $1070 / Week(Non Taxable)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and observe residents for changes in condition and report concerns to RN / Physician promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), ensuring dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Document nursing interventions and resident status in electronic medical records in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes.
• Respond to emergency situations and manage clinical situations effectively.
• Maintain infection control, safety procedures, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Participate in care plan development and updates.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
