Key Responsibilities Engage customers and community members to promote nonprofit campaigns and inspire donations Represent nonprofit partners professionally, enthusiastically, and with integrity Assist with planning and executing in-person events and outreach initiatives Deliver exceptional customer service while clearly communicating campaign goals Support and mentor new team members as you advance into leadership roles Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve results Contribute creative ideas during team discussions to enhance campaign outcomes Who We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive, and passionate about helping others Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to grow professionally Previous experience in sales, customer service, or leadership is a plus but not required Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
