Quality Control and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control and Safety Manager (QCSM) to oversee safety and quality standards for multiple construction projects under a 4-year IDIQ USAF contract at Goodfellow Air Force Base.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality control and safety management across up to 10 active projects.
• Perform daily site visits to ensure compliance with safety requirements and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain daily field notes, QC reports, material submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate inspections, testing procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure proper execution of fast-track, design-build projects.
• Train and mentor superintendents in quality control and safety practices.
