Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney with a strong technical background. The ideal candidate will have experience in software, computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering fields.

Schedule : Hybrid 3 / 2

Billable Hours : 1,900

Offices : Chicago, Denver, New York, Philadelphia, Kansas City, or St. Louis

Responsibilities

• Handle strategic aspects of multiple legal matters from inception to conclusion
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and clients
• Work independently and productively in Intellectual Property law
• Produce quality legal work and meet billing requirements
• Manage and generate business through group and individual efforts
