Candidates need at least five years of experience in Labor & Employment litigation with strong verbal, writing, research, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with wage & hour class action and PAGA matters. Self-motivation is essential, and you must be a team player.

• Qualifications :
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Minimum 5 years of Labor & Employment litigation experience, with a strong background in wage and hour class action and PAGA matters
• Excellent verbal, writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Litigation experience
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Responsibilities :
• Manage a caseload of employment litigation matters, including being responsible for drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, including taking and defending depositions, preparing cases for mediation and preparing cases for trial
• Client interaction and management
• Case assessment
• Class / PAGA action data analysis
• Compensation & Benefits :
• Salary :
• 110,000 - $150,00 depending on experience

This position allows attorneys to work remotely as well as at our offices in Costa Mesa, Palm Springs, and Indian Wells.
