Job Description
Optomi, in partnership with our client, is seeking a Product Manager – Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to lead a major marketing technology transformation initiative. This role is key in driving adoption, implementation, and optimization of AJO to power personalized, cross-channel customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Own the Product Vision & Roadmap : Define and deliver the roadmap for Adobe Journey Optimizer, aligning it to marketing and personalization strategies.
- Translate Business Goals : Turn marketing objectives into actionable product requirements and capabilities.
- Lead Implementation & Enablement : Drive AJO setup, configuration, and onboarding across marketing, data, and technology teams.
- Enable Cross-Channel Journeys : Partner with data and decisioning teams to activate real-time personalization and orchestration.
- Optimize & Measure : Build frameworks for journey testing, measurement, and performance analysis.
- Be the Connector : Act as the liaison between marketing, IT, and analytics teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
What You'll Bring
3–7 years of Product Management experience in MarTech, AdTech, or Marketing Automation.Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar tools (Salesforce Interaction Studio, Braze, Oracle Responsys).Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration, personalization, and decisioning logic.Proven success delivering complex technology projects with cross-functional teams (marketing, data, IT).Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.Bonus Skills
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)Knowledge of CDPs, identity resolution, or real-time event streaming.Background in data-driven marketing, automation, or personalization strategy.
