CDL Driver - Residential Route

Location : Shreveport, LA

Pay : $19-20 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule : Monday-Friday |Start time : 5 : 00 a.m. - 2 : 00 p.m. |10-11 Hour Days |45-50 hours a week

We're hiring a CDL Driver to run residential garbage routes right here in Shreveport . In this role, you'll operate a garbage truck to safely and efficiently service commercial and / or residential routes. We're looking for someone who putssafetyfirst and takes pride in doing the job right. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

What You'll Do :

Operate a garbage truck on assigned routes

Collect waste orrecyclingfrom local businesses or homes

Deliver dependable service with asafety-first mindset

Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle

Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and teammates

Maintain compliance with DOT and companysafetystandards

Additional duties as needed

Requirements : A Class A or B CDL

2+ year ofCDL drivingexperience

Aclean driving recordand strongsafety awareness

Solidcustomer serviceskills and a team-player mindset
