Obstetrics and Gynecology Alaska Clinic Hours & Schedule Clinic Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM Call Schedule : Up to 10 days per month Average Patients Per Day : Approximately 15 Compensation & Benefits Salary : Competitive $451,000-$570,000 Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance : $50,000 CME Allowance : $5,000 annually plus 5 days of CME leave. Insurance : Comprehensive medical insurance, dental, vision, life / AD&D, short- and long-term disability. Retirement Plans : 403(b) and 457 plans with employer contributions. Paid Time Off : Vacation : 25 days annually. Sick Leave : Accrued with an IAP plan to supplement. Holidays : 7 days annually. CME Leave : 5 days annually. Qualifications : Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited OB / GYN residency program. Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Alaska. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
