We're looking for a Residential Supervisor who's ready to bring energy, creativity, and heart to our youth service team. If you're dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission-driven organization - we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

A Residential Supervisor is an individual who has direct care responsibility on his / her assigned shift but is trained to provide shift leadership in the absence of the Program Coordinator.

• Implementation of the assigned weekend day master schedule.
• Supervisory management of assigned shifts in the absence of the Program Coordinator.
• Supervision of assigned direct care staff.

Shift : Full-time, Frontend or Backend
