HR Director Opportunity In Tuskegee, Alabama

We are looking for an experienced HR Director to join our client's team in Tuskegee, Alabama. This is a contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to lead human resources functions in a higher education setting. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support a team of three HR professionals to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Collaborate closely with the President and Chief of Staff, attending regular meetings to discuss organizational goals and strategies.
• Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees receive accurate and timely support.
• Manage all aspects of employment processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Drive employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Utilize PeopleAdmin and Microsoft Office 365 Suite to effectively manage HR systems and workflows.
• Provide leadership in compensation and benefits planning to align with institutional goals.
• Ensure HR compliance with higher education standards and legal requirements.
