We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Worcester, Massachusetts. This role involves hands-on technical support, where you will assist with hardware replacements and software installations. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting and have a strong understanding of desktop systems and imaging processes.
Responsibilities :
- Replace and configure desktop machines -migrate from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
- Set up laptops, install necessary software, and ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
- Follow detailed instructions while adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, including hardware imaging and software setup.
- Utilize Active Directory for account management and troubleshooting.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees during the transition process.
- Proven experience in PC desktop support and workstation setup.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory for user and group management.
- Familiarity with desktop hardware and imaging processes.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with IT teams.
