Job Locations : South Florida tri-county area (Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties)

Pay : $115-125k base Plus FWW OT premium for OT hours over 40 in a workweek Plus mileage reimbursement

Job Type : Full-Time

Superintendent General Responsibilities

• Project Team Communication :
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and Project Executive.
• Copy them on all emails and send reports (Daily Logs, Safety Meetings, etc.) to the Project Team and designated email.

Email Etiquette :

Use concise language and proper grammar in emails. Avoid all caps and include the project name and location in the subject line.

Job Cost Management :

Monitor project budgets and seek approval from the Project Manager for any financial decisions, including hiring and purchases.

Discuss labor needs with the Project Manager before scheduling, and document all labor tickets clearly in the Manpower Log in Procore.

MUST HAVES :

Strong local Superintendent with hands-on experience working for a GC building super high-end restaurants

No job hoppers. Longevity with employers is very important to us.
