Qualifications Required : Bachelor or Master's degrees in the following majors will be considered : Accounting, Finance, or related business degree. Other majors will be considered with a concentration in accounting or a related area. Strong academic record, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above. You should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required. Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the type of work you perform and the clients served. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
Preferred : Meets minimum educational requirements for CPA licensure (which may differ from the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam) in the state of your assigned office location prior to beginning full-time employment. Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above. Relevant work experience or work experience in a professional environment (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs). Demonstrated recent leadership role(s), such as in a campus club, society, sports teams or other activity.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $28.24 / hour to $56.67 / hour.
